Our very first barrel-aged Imperial Stouts! These are three exclusive and limited stouts that have matured in different barrels over the last 16 months.
All 0.5l bottles were personally hand-sealed with wax by us and are numbered consecutively. Each bottle is unique in itself.
BARREL-AGED IMPERIAL STOUT - BELIZE RUM EDITION 2022
The basic recipe of this BELIZE EDITION is based on a malt mixture of twelve different special malts . This gives the beer a complex body with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate. It was then aged in Belizean rum barrels for 16 months .
The result is a complex, medium-bodied beer , where roasted coffee and chocolate are balanced with notes of exotic fruit and spicy, woody notes from the barrels. Distinct fruity, spicy rum aroma .
These beers require the right ambience and leisure for perfect drinking enjoyment.
IMPORTANT: We recommend letting the beer - similar to red wine - 'breathe' before drinking.

| Consecutively numbered and strictly limited. Each bottle is exclusively labeled with the consecutive number when it is filled. There are only 700 strictly limited bottles of this edition.
Each bottle neck was sealed with wax in a manual process.
The high-quality label with relief varnish rounds off the design perfectly.
|12 - 16 degrees Celsius should be able to develop its aroma before drinking. As with red wine, this beer needs to breathe to develop its full aroma.
